Western Undergraduate Exchange (WUE)
About WUE
WUE is a program in conjunction with the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE). Through WUE, students pay a reduced out-of-state tuition fee. WUE students pay 150% of the standard resident tuition at CSU Monterey Bay. These savings make tuition considerably less than a traditional non-resident student.
All current CSUMB majors are available for the WUE program.
Students applying as undeclared will not be eligible for WUE.
International students, as well as students pursuing a 2nd bachelor’s degree, credential, Master’s, or Extended Education program are not eligible to participate in the WUE program. Students pursuing a graduate degree can see if they are eligible for a similar reduced rate tuition through WRGP.
