All undergraduate applicants must submit official transcripts from each college in which they have enrolled. This includes special sessions, correspondence, and audited courses, as well as any college in which the student was enrolled and withdrew without earning credit.
Electronic transcripts are preferred and result in shorter processing time. Check to see a list of vendors we use to provide your electronic transcripts.
Transcripts should be sent directly from the originating institution to the Office of Admissions; transcripts submitted by the student are acceptable if submitted in the original sealed envelope. Cal State Monterey Bay accepts electronic transcripts from the majority of colleges. Fall applicants must submit transcripts after being admitted. All admission requirements must be completed no later than the preceding spring term to be eligible. Final Transcript with degree information (if applicable) from all schools attended are due by July 15th.
Spring applicants must submit official transcripts no later than October 25 to be reviewed. All admission requirements must be completed no later than the preceding summer term to be eligible. Final Transcript with degree information (if applicable) from all schools attended are due by January 11.
