- January 5, 2025 Payment deadline for Spring 2025 semester
- SAP Workshops
- January 21, 2025 First day of instruction
- End of the first week of school financial aid disbursement begins
February
- February 4, 2025 Last day to add/drop
March
- March 2, 2025 scholarship application closes
April
- Provisional Financial Aid Notification for new students
- Middle of April, Exit Counseling Workshops
May
- May 1, 2025 Deadline to submit documents for the spring semester. Deadline pertains to documents that may revise financial aid awards.
- May 10, 2025 Deadline for Exit Counseling Workshop
June
- Summer disbursement begins for students enrolled in the summer term
- Parent PLUS loan application available on studentaid.gov
- Late June, Revision Request online and paper form become available
- Late June, Private Loan Self-Certifications available
July
- Parent PLUS loan added to student account
August
- August 26, 2024 first day of the Fall 2024 Semester
- Financial Aid disbursement and refunds via Bank Mobile begin during the first week of the semester
- Teach Grant forms become available
September
- September 10, 2024 last day of add/drop deadline
October
- October 1, 2024 CSUMB Scholarship Application opens for 25-26 aid year
- Middle of October, Exit Counseling Workshop
November
- Middle Class Scholarship Awarded
December
- December 1, 2024 FAFSA/CADAA opens
- December 1, 2024 deadline to submit documents for the Spring semester
- December 10, 2024 Exit Counseling Workshop deadline
