Submitting Financial Aid Documents
Starting July 1, 2024 all 2024-2025 financial aid forms will be available in CSUMB student forms.
Financial Aid Verification
Some students are selected for a review process called “Verification” and may need to submit additional information. Review your OASIS “To Do List” regularly for any required items to avoid delays in the processing of your financial aid.
To view your “To Do List”
- Log in to csumb.edu. From your Dashboard, click on OASIS
- In OASIS, navigate to Main Menu > Self Service > Student Center
- Required actions or documents are listed under the "To Do List" on the right hand side
EFC/SAI Appeal
Your financial aid for the upcoming 2024-2025 academic year will be based on the 2022 income information provided on your FAFSA. However, if significant circumstances have impacted you and/or your family’s income since submitting your FAFSA, you can petition our office for a Family Contribution Appeal (formerly Income Change Review) to re-evaluate your financial aid.
Please note: Our processing time to review documents is 4-6 weeks. However, the Department of Education will not process any corrections until the end of June 2024. Due to this, our office will be able to share the outcome of a submitted EFC/SAI Appeal after July 1, 2024.

Other Financial Aid Forms - Online
The Financial Aid Office is now utilizing CSUMB Student Forms for the submission and acceptance of the following forms. You will need to create a CSUMB Student Forms account if you do not have one in existence.
- Direct Loan Revision Form - You must click on Manage Request and add this task to your account. Once the task is added you will be able to fill out the form and submit.
- Loan Self Certification Form - You must click on Manage Request and add this task to your account. Once the task is added you will be able to fill out the form and submit.
- SAP Appeal Form- You must click on Manage Request and add this task to your account. Once the task is added you will be able to fill out the form and submit.
- Graduate PLUS Loan Application - You must click on Manage Request and add this task to your account. Once the task is added you will be able to fill out the application and submit.
The 2024-2025 Undergraduate Parent PLUS Loan Application can now be completed online at studentaid.gov. Once the Parent PLUS Loan Application has been submitted online we will received it electronically. You will received notifications from studentaid.gov in regards to the credit decision.
