Hops and Fog’s journey began in part through the support of the Startup Challenge Monterey Bay, hosted by the Institute for Innovation and Economic Development (iiED) at Cal State Monterey Bay. Their early participation in the Challenge helped solidify their vision and refine their approach to building a community-centered brewery.
