Having exercise snacks consistently is the most important part! Try to do at least a couple each day or a few more a couple of days per week. However, when you are ready to mix it up, try these:
- Lunges/walking lunges
- Monster walks
- Squat jumps
- Leg extensions
- Single-leg heel raises
- Sit to stands
- Jumping rope
- Mountain climbers
- Planks/side-planks
- Chair (tricep) dips
- Butt-kicks
Many factors can cause carpal tunnel syndrome. Simple exercises can help you strengthen and stretch your fingers, hands, wrists, and forearms. Aim to do them once an hour, any time you use your hands. Check out these videos on different exercises!
