Get care when you need it

The Campus Health Center (CHC) has partnered with a telehealth service called TimelyCare to extend care after-hours for CSUMB students.

This gives you easy, virtual access to medical providers when the CHC is closed, no matter where you are. No appointment or insurance needed.

Services available through TimelyCare

  • MedicalNow – On-demand support for common health issues, including cold, flu, and allergies.
  • Scheduled Medical – Choose the day, time, and medical provider that best works for you.
  • Self-Care Resources – Meditation, yoga, and articles to support your well-being.
  • Peer Community – An anonymous and judgement-free space where you can connect with, react to, and support other students going through similar situations.

Answers to common questions about TimelyCare.

TimelyCare is available when the CHC is closed, including on weekends and during breaks. CHC regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m during the Fall and Spring semesters, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. during the Winter and Summer sessions.

No cost, no insurance required. All currently enrolled CSUMB students are eligible.

It’s easy. Just visit timelycare.com/csumb or download the TimelyCare app, sign in with your CSUMB email, and you’re in. This will enable you to schedule visits from any web-enabled device, smartphone, laptop, or desktop.
