The Office of International Affairs at KNU invites international faculty to submit course proposal for their 3-week Summer School.

- June 29-July 17, 2020
- Please apply online by November 15, 2019.
- The selection process will be finalized by late December.
- Applicants will be informed by email.
- KNU will try their best to make sure students enroll in the classes. A course may be cancelled due to insufficient student registration
- Each visiting scholar will be required to teach 1 three-credit course (45 hours of class contact) over a period of 3 weeks, which is scheduled as 3-hour classes, 5 times a week (Mon-Fri).
- KNU would like to encourage the use of interactive teaching methods. Given the short duration, KNU prefers that students are given handouts instead of being required to purchase a textbook.
KNU will provide:
- Fixed amount for round-trip airfare (paid upon arrival) from USD 500 to USD 1,800 depending on the region
- Campus accommodation
- Stipend of USD 2,500 (paid at the end of the course)
- Various cultural excursions will be arranged, along with the chance to attend introductory Korean language classes.
