Learn how to perform life-saving adult, pediatric, and infant CPR and how to use an Automatic External Defibrillator in the event of a cardiac emergency.
Join us once a week for an enriching, restorative yoga practice. This class is open to all abilities and levels. Jherrica teaches Ashtanga yoga, which focuses on breath, meditation, and proper technique. Modifications will be presented throughout the sessions, and you are welcome to use your own props (blocks, bands, etc.) as needed. No special equipment required. Yoga mat or towel is recommended.
