Cal State Monterey Bay is home to several distinct academic colleges. Collectively, they offer 25 undergraduate degrees, nine graduate programs, teacher certification options, professional development opportunities and other learning experiences.

No matter which college your program belongs to, you’ll receive personalized attention from faculty and staff.

Our Colleges

College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences (CAHSS)

Between our six academic departments, we offer more than 30 majors and minors ranging from cinematic arts to Japanese culture. And the common thread running through them all is a focus on preparing students to create, collaborate, lead and serve in a diverse and interconnected world.
