Three residential buildings make up the North Quad community.

Who Lives at North Quad?

North Quad suites are designated for rising sophomore residents based on availability. 

Students wanting to live at North Quad must be matriculated CSUMB students working toward a degree. Students must also be enrolled full time each semester they reside on campus. This means 12 units per semester for undergraduates and at least 8 units per semester for graduate students. 

A Closer Look at North Quad

The North Quad is made up of three buildings:

Strawberry Apartments 

Strawberry is a single building with apartment-style living spaces. Units can house one, two or four people. 

The Vineyard and Pinnacle Suites 

These four-story buildings feature single- and double-bedroom options and house either two or six residents. The fourth floor features a health and wellness center.

Buildings 301, 302, 303

The North Quad is within walking distance of the main quad, classrooms, the library, the Dining Commons, the Otter Sports Center and all administrative offices.

Other floorplans are first offered to students registered with the Student Disability and Accessibility Center (SDAC) and are subject to availability.
