Otter Print Stations / Wepa Print Stations

Wepa Print Stations, also known as Otter Print Stations, provide convenient, self-service printing across campus. Students and guests can print from their mobile devices using the Wepa Print App or from any computer, including CSUMB lab computers and personal laptops, by visiting wepanow.com. You can also connect your Canvas and Google Drive accounts to print directly from your phone.

Locations

Five print stations are available on campus:

  • Library (first-floor reference area)
  • Business and Information Technology (BIT) building (near Room 120)
  • Chapman Science Building (main lobby)
  • OSU (near Starbucks)
  • Heron Hall (center lobby).

How Much Does It Cost?

Printing costs are affordable:

  • black-and-white single-sided pages are $0.15
  • black-and-white double-sided are $0.23
  • color single-sided are $0.50
  • color double-sided are $0.80

Students are given a $5.00 credit at the beginning of the Fall semester that rolls over to Spring semester. They also get an additional credit of $5.00 at the beginning of the Spring semester. These credits will reset at the beginning of the next academic year. Any funds added into your WEPA account by you stay in the account until you've exhausted them.

Staff, faculty and guests using our print stations do not get any credits and must upload their own funds to print on the stations.
