Health and wellness aren’t just physical. Our holistic approach is designed to help you feel your best — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

At Cal State Monterey Bay, we take an integrative approach to health, meaning that our practitioners work in partnership with each individual to help them strengthen their overall well-being. That also means we focus on preventive care and educating our community about how they can improve their health.
