Whether planning a campus event, community program or professional conference, these spaces offer the flexibility, support and welcoming environment to create a memorable experience.

Event Spaces and Parking Lots

Event spaces and parking lots are reserved through 25Live and managed by University Affairs, Ceremonies and Events.

  • Catering is allowed
  • Custom setups are permitted
  • Potlucks are not allowed

Once your event is approved, an event professional will be assigned to support planning and execution.
