Otter Student Union

The Otter Student Union offers dynamic, modern spaces designed for collaboration, events and community engagement at the heart of campus.

From large gatherings to smaller meetings, a variety of flexible indoor and outdoor spaces support conferences, programs and special events in an energetic, student-centered environment.

  • Conference rooms (6, varying sizes)
  • Terrace
  • Exterior plazas (2)

Hours

Monday to Thursday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday to Sunday, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Hours subject to change and may vary during events, academic breaks and holidays.

Book This Space

The process to book a space varies depending on who is requesting the space. Find information about the process that's right for you below.

Campus faculty and staff can request event space and services through the university’s event scheduling system 25Live.

Submit a 25Live Event Request

Community members can request event space by completing the Community Event Logistics Form (C-ELF). After you submit the form, an event professional will contact you to discuss your event, confirm space availability, and coordinate the services needed to support it.
