Cal State Monterey Bay uses a tiered approach to share information with employees. Based on the urgency, relevance and needed action, the Employee Communications Working Group, in consultation with appropriate Cabinet members, determines the best channel and timing.
Employees are encouraged to submit content for:
- Inside CSUMB
- Dashboard messages
- The 25Live events calendar
Events are managed by University Affairs, Ceremonies and Events.
Faculty and Staff Dashboards
Employees may request that events, news and announcements appear on the faculty or staff dashboards.
On faculty and staff dashboards:
- Up to four items may appear under Messages on the right side. These are managed by Human Resources and the Office of the Provost.
- Up to six items may appear under News on the left side. These are managed by University Communications and the Office of the President.
Inside CSUMB Employee Email
