The Career Development Office host four career-oriented fairs each academic year. These events are great recruiting methods to fill open positions including: part-time, full-time, internships, and volunteer opportunities. You will have a chance to meet with hundreds of students from various majors and diverse backgrounds that are ready to put their studies into practice. Come meet our Otters.

- California State University-Monterey Bay (CSUMB) invites you to participate in our Spring Ag Career & Internship Fair as part of our campus-wide Career Fair Week. The fair will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, from 1-3 PM at the University Center.
This unique, food and agriculture-centered fair provides an excellent opportunity for employers to connect with talented students and recent graduates actively seeking summer internships and career opportunities in the agricultural industry and federal agencies. Designed to raise awareness and inspire participants to pursue careers in agriculture, the fair is open to students from all CSUMB majors and those from other Hispanic-Serving Institutions, including Universities and Community Colleges across the Tri-County region.
This FREE event, for both employers and student attendees offers an unparalleled opportunity to engage with diverse and motivated individuals eager to make meaningful contributions to the agricultural sector. Your participation will help attendees advance their career development and strengthen valuable workforce development partnerships between the agricultural sector and regional academic institutions.

Refund Policy
All sales are non-refundable. If the event is rescheduled, all purchases will be honored for the next event date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled event, you may select a date of your choice, subject to availability, to be used by July 2026. If the event is canceled, a partial refund will be issued within 30-60 business days.
