Recipient of the 2020 Provost's Award for Exemplary Academic Achievement--Congratulations!

Congratulations to Amanda Hansen, Psychology Major '20, who was recently named the recipient of the 2020 Provost's Award for Exemplary Academic Achievement, and the recipient of the Outstanding Future Alumni Award.

The Provost’s Award for Exemplary Academic Achievement is awarded to a student who: has demonstrated exemplary achievement in his/her major; stands out personally and academically; contributes to the learning community of CSUMB; has achieved a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5 (includes transfer credits), not including Spring 2019 grades; is in good standing and not on probation of any kind;and is an undergraduate with a degree award date of Fall 2019, Spring 2020, or Summer 2020.

Amanda has accepted a fully funded offer to Kent State University's Clinical Psychology PhD program where she will study clinical psychological assessment under the mentorship of Dr. Yossef Ben-Porath.
