Concentrations

ENSTU students complete their upper-vision learning in one of two areas: Sustainable Communities and Education and Community Outreach. Concentration names appear on transcripts. 

Concentrations

This concentration prepares students for a diversity of government, planning, business, and industry positions which seek to promote sustainability and social justice. Graduates are prepared for successful careers in sustainability with urban and regional planning firms, local government, college campuses, and private businesses

This concentration prepares students for careers involving environmental education and outreach with the public to support environmental literacy and social and environmental justice. Graduates are prepared for successful careers  in environmental education and outreach with museums, zoos, and aquaria; national, state, and local parks and recreation agencies; schools, non-profits, businesses, and government agencies.
