RESET for the Spring semester with Health and Wellness Services. Learn and practice tips for your well-being using our RESET model - reflect, eat, sleep, exercise, and talk. Various stations will be set up for you to practice these skills and to learn about wellness resources available.

Join Recreation's Otter Cycle Center for a free mountain bike skills clinic.
This is a hands-on clinic where you will practice skills that will help develop your balance, control and stability. You will get a free helmet and bike rental, or you can bring your own.- Neutral and ready position

Magic Show with Jeki Yoo

Experience an unforgettable evening of wonder with world-renowned magician Jeki Yoo from South Korea! Join us for a dazzling magic show full of mind-blowing illusions and captivating performances. This event is open to all, but advanced registration is required to attend. Doors open at 7pm and showtime is 7:30pm.

Join us at Recreation's Otter Cycle Center and learn the basics of home bike maintenance. The Otter Cycle Center mechanics will be here to give you some friendly and helpful guidance on your bike maintenance journey.We will go over home Maintenance:

Mushroom Hike
Time: 9:30am - 11:00am
Location: Alumni and Visitor Center
Audience: Students
Join us for a hike as we identify different types of mushrooms growing around campus. We'll meet in front of the Alumni & Visitors Center and navigate some of the trails behind the Crescent. It is recommended that appropriate footwear is worn to go on trails and through possible muddy areas depending on the rains. Long sleeves and pants are highly recommended and as always, keep an eye out for poison oak!

Join Recreation on a High Ropes Adventure! Experience new heights to kick off your Spring semester with an experience like no other. No gear needed, just bring close toed shoes, and comfortable athletic clothing. Come and leave anytime from 12 - 3p.

6 ICC hobby clubs -- RPG, TCG, Pokemon, Board Game, Super Smash, and eSports -- are hosting a day-long schedule of exciting events and tournaments! All proceeds will go to ExtraLife, a nonprofit that supports children's miracle hospitals.
