Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
From ensuring our food is safe and high-quality to developing policies for handling hazardous materials, the Environmental Health and Safety team works to reduce risk across campus.
Report Your Concerns
Remember, we can’t do our work without you. If you have a safety concern or see a non-emergency issue, or if you have a suggestion to improve safety, please submit a Safety Communication Form or email safety@csumb.edu. To report a non-emergency hazardous materials spill, call the safety line at 831-582-3730.
Near Miss? Report it!
A near miss is an unplanned event that did not result in injury, illness, or damage, but had the potential to do so. Reporting near miss incidents will help us improve upon existing work practices and ultimately result in safer work environments for our employees. You can report a near-miss incident using the Safety Communication Form.
