About Us
The Technology Help Desk at CSUMB provides technology support to students, faculty and staff. From submitting a support case online to getting help in person in the library, we’re committed to helping you stay connected, productive and supported.
Our services include:
- Connecting to the CSUMB wired and wireless networks.
- Installing campus software
- Fixing login issues
- Learning how to use campus technology.
We do not provide personal computer repair services, but we can help you understand the problem to determine next steps.
Visit Us
Hours (Fall 2025)
- Monday‑Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- Sunday: 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
(Excluding all university holidays.)
