Human Subjects Research (IRB)

The Committee for the Protection of Human Subjects (CPHS) is CSU Monterey Bay's Institutional Review Board (IRB) for the review and authorization of research involving the use of humans or their personally identifiable private information for research purposes.

The CPHS is administered collaboratively by research compliance staff and the CPHS elected officers, under the Federalwide Assurance Institutional Officer the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs.
