Post-Master PPS Credential in School Social Work, Child Welfare and Attendance Authorization
The Department of Social Work is excited to introduce the new Post-Master Credential in School Social Work, designed for social workers seeking advanced credentials in Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) and/or Child Welfare and Attendance (CWA).
Program Highlights:
- Meets California credentialing requirements for PPSC and CWA
- Designed for working professionals with flexible course scheduling
- Prepares graduates for impactful roles in schools and community settings
Application Requirements:
- Two letters of recommendation. It is recommended, but not required, that one of the letters be written by an individual who holds an MSW with a PPS Credential / Child Welfare and Attendance Authorization.
- Masters degree in Social Work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited institution.
