Attend Your Intake Appointment
During your intake appointment, an SDAC Advisor will discuss and recommend reasonable accommodations.
The following questions will be answered during the appointment:
- What accommodations will be provided?
- When will the accommodations be provided?
- Who is responsible for providing the accommodations?
- How will the accommodations be provided?
Some accommodation requests may need more than one meeting for full consideration of needs.
