Drops, Late Adds, and Withdrawals
Drops (Add/Drop Period)
To drop a class during the official add/drop period, please complete the Open University and Special Sessions Drop Form.
Late Adds
To request enrollment in a class after the add/drop period, please complete the Open University Late Add Form. You may also email extended@csumb.edu for additional instructions.
Withdrawals
After the add/drop period, any request to drop one or more classes is considered a withdrawal and is approved only for serious and compelling reasons. Students must provide supporting documentation as part of the request.
An approved withdrawal will not result in an “F” on the student’s academic record.
