Cal State Monterey Bay (CSUMB) invites the campus and surrounding community to celebrate the holiday season at the annual Winter Night Market, held at the Otter Student Union and Inter-Garrison Plaza.
Presented by the Institute for Innovation and Economic Development (iiED) in collaboration with CSUMB’s Associated Students and the Entrepreneurship Club, the Winter Night Market brings together students, local artisans, and small businesses for an evening centered on creativity and community connection.
More than 30 vendors participate, offering handmade gifts, art, prepackaged goods, and other unique products from both student-run and local businesses. Attendees enjoy live music by CSUMB alumni, experience a festive atmosphere celebrating entrepreneurship and local talent, and take part in complimentary activities such as hot cocoa and an all-ages bracelet-making station.
The Winter Night Market is free and open to the public. Created to strengthen connections between the campus and surrounding communities, the annual event encourages support for emerging startups and small business owners.
