To protect our community from increasing cybersecurity threats, Cal State Monterey Bay no longer offers alumni email accounts.

After graduation, your CSUMB student account — including Google services such as Gmail, Drive and Calendar — will be deleted 180 days after you graduate. Active employees and currently enrolled students are not affected and will continue to have access to university services.

Before your account is removed, please be sure to:

• Transfer emails and documents to a personal email account or file storage service
• Update your preferred email address with the Alumni Network

Alumni Email Forwarding Option

Alumni may request a free email forwarding address ending in @alumni.csumb.edu to continue showing Otter pride.

Complete the online request form, and you will receive confirmation within seven to 10 business days when your alumni email forwarding address is ready to use.

All graduates of Cal State Monterey Bay are automatically members of the Alumni Network. There is no cost to join.

Transcripts are an official record of your academic history and may be required for graduate school applications, job opportunities, licensure, scholarships or transferring to another institution. They provide a verified summary of the courses you've taken, the grades you earned and the degrees or certificates you've completed.
