NSP is looking for student leaders who would like to make a significant positive impact on the university as well as on the lives of future Otters.

NSP Student Supervisor | The purpose of the Orientation Supervisor is to provide peer leadership to the Otter Orientation Leader team and within the NSP Office. The NSP Student Supervisor is the pinnacle student leadership position within the NSP office, serving to provide peer mentorship and support for New Student programs, student leader hiring, and training. | $17.50/hour |
Den Leader Student Supervisor |
The Den Leader Student Supervisor position reports to the New Student Program Student Supervisor and provides peer leadership and direction to the Otter Den Leader team directly and within the New Student Programs office. |
$17.50/hour |
Den Leader | Den Leaders will have the same required training dates as Orientation Leaders, and will have additional responsibilities helping to facilitate "Den Groups" during Orientation and Otter Days training. If you are not selected as a Den Leader, you will still be eligible to be selected as an Otter Orientation Leader. | $17/hour |
Orientation Leader | Otter Orientation Leaders work closely with groups of new students during Summer orientation sessions and Otter Days during August to help them navigate campus resources, make connections, and find a sense of belonging on campus. | $16.50/hour |
