Facilities Management
The Facilities Management department plans, builds, and maintains the facilities that make CSUMB's academic mission possible.
Facilities Management provides comprehensive planning, design, construction, maintenance, and repair services for the University's facilities and grounds, including over 80 campus buildings and structures as well as 1,727 acres of property.
Our team is responsible for everything from the campus’s energy and utilities supplies to major building projects — as well as all of the day-to-day work of running a large, complex campus.
You can learn more about how we plan for the future of CSUMB’s campus by reading our latest Master Plan.
