Critical Conversations for Faculty & Staff

Be yourself. Be an ally. Build community. Drop in and dialog!

This series is co-sponsored by the Office of Inclusive Excellence and the Personal Growth and Counseling Center/Health Wellness Services.

Dialog with colleagues about what it means to honor your social identity(ies), be an ally across differences, and build a CSUMB community that actively demonstrates an appreciation for cultural diversity and social justice. We’ll explore what it means to create a true sense of belonging, inclusiveness, and equal access to opportunity through the lenses of four social identities: age, sexual orientation, gender and race.
