Housing
A unique benefit of working with the Corporation is access to affordable employee housing in the East Campus neighborhood at Schoonover Park. The community is located just minutes from the main campus and is managed by Greystar.

Retirement
The Corporation’s 403(b) Retirement Plan includes a 10% employer contribution, with a six-month waiting period and immediate vesting once eligible.
Time Off
Employees enjoy a generous paid time off program, including:
- Thirteen paid holidays each year, plus one personal holiday
- Sick leave accrued at eight hours per month worked
- Vacation accrual based on position and years of service
Staff: 10 days per year upon hire
Management: 24 days per year upon hire
