To assist our students with their financial planning, Student Housing & Residential Life offers a rate lock structure for Main Campus and East Campus. Rates typically increase by about 5 percent per year. All housing and meal plan fees are due in accordance to CSUMB Tuition/Fees Deadlines.
Student Housing & Residential Life has implemented a rate lock structure that secures your housing rate for a designated number of years while you progress academically at the University.
In an effort to protect the health and safety of our residential students due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, housing options are limited to the East Campus communities of Frederick Park I & Frederick Park II. Students will be assigned one person per apartment. Rates have been assigned based on that occupancy.

In light of the closure of in-person services on the CSUMB campus, dining services will not be available during the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semester.
East Campus Housing
To make your monthly payments for East Campus you can either set up an account on the Greystar Rent Cafe site and make a payment, or in person at 603 Thomas Court, Marina, CA 93933 with a check. East Campus Payments are month to month are are due by the 1st of each month.
