Morgan Steele, Sustainable Hospitality Management Administrative Support Coordinator, and Jonathan Bagley-Rowe, iiED Program Assistant, graduated at the 2024 CSUMB Commencement Ceremony and will be dearly missed. Celebrating their accomplishments, the College of Business is grateful for their hard work and dedication.

The 2024 Service Learning Award

Business Administration graduate Mackenzie Brum from Los Baños, California, was awarded The 2024 Service Learning Award. Mackenzie's service with the California State Parks (Monterey Natural Resources) has helped her to appreciate the importance of sustainability and the urgent imperative to work to preserve the natural environment that we all enjoy in the Monterey area. When asked how she will carry the lessons of service learning with her, Mackenzie said: “This experience has inspired me to approach service with a newfound perspective, valuing the significance of even the simplest acts of kindness and stewardship in fostering positive change within our communities.” Great work, Mackenzie!
