    Diamond Key is a professional career access program designed to help you develop the skills needed to excel in your career. Through interactive workshops, this program complements the College of Business curriculum while building essential career skills.

    Purpose

    The purpose of the Diamond Key program is to equip you with the skills needed to stand out in the competitive job market. By participating in this program, you will gain practical knowledge that enhances your educational experience and career readiness.

    Earning Keys

    Earn keys by attending workshops and events. Successfully earning 20 keys in one academic year allows you to receive a Diamond Key Certificate.

Diamond Key Professional Development Award

The Diamond Key Award is presented to students at graduation for consistent attendance at workshops, as well as for participating in developmental experiences, such as internships, and the annual Ethics and Greater Vision Forums, etc. This innovative professional development program has served over 1000 students with 12 powerful workshops per year since 2015.
