Committee on Curriculum and Assurance of Learning (C2AoL)
This committee's charge is to develop, lead, and manage the process to assess student achievements of program learning outcomes; enhance faculty understanding of, and participation in, assurance of learning; and assure that assessment process is understood and the assessment cycle is completed and documented for programs and degrees according to WSCUC and AACSB standards and guidelines. The goal of this committee is to make the assurance of learning process a faculty-led and faculty-driven process integrated into the culture of the college.

Strategic Planning and Accreditation (SPAC)
This committee's charge is to advise the Dean on COB’s strategic management issues, faculty development issues and curriculum matters; Oversee the development of the College’s vision, mission, strategic plan, and core values or guiding principles; Review periodically the implementation and outcomes of the Strategic Plan and recommend adjustments as necessary; Oversee efforts and recommend plans to achieve and maintain accreditation; Develop and revise faculty qualification definitions; Develop faculty funding priorities, policy, and processes; Initiate efforts to improve our programmatic and curricular offerings and their delivery; Represent COB-wide faculty’s perspectives on programmatic and curricular issues and their impact on accreditation; Develop policy and procedures for reviewing program and curriculum proposals; and Review and evaluate all degree-granting program/curriculum initiatives, faculty development initiatives and revisions.
