Common Questions About Tuition & Fee Payments

Yes. View Tuition & Fees Installment Payment Plan (IPP). You will need to read and sign the contract and email it to ipp@csumb.edu. Our office must receive your first IPP payment and the form before the payment deadline.

Please note: Your Installment Payment Plan will be set up once your contract and payment are received.

This means you have been granted an extension because tuition & fees are covered by financial aid, or you have a third-party authorization form covering registration tuition & fees on file with Student Accounting.

This hold does not block registration for classes. Your tuition deadline has been extended to the date noted on your OASIS account.

You have been granted this extension because tuition & fees, housing, and meal plan charges are covered entirely by financial aid, or a combination of student payments, financial aid payments, and/or third-party payment. If you have this extension, your tuition, housing, and meal plan payment deadline has been extended to date noted on your OASIS account.

What do I do if my financial aid only covers a portion of tuition and fees?

You must pay the remainder of your tuition and fees before the date noted on your OASIS account.

You must first log in to your CSUMB Dashboard/OASIS and accept your financial aid (grants and loans). Your financial aid funds are then disbursed to your student account and used to pay your balance due to CSUMB during the first week of classes.

If you have more financial aid than “charges due,” you will receive a refund. You will get your refund during the first week of classes after you enroll with BankMobile. If you have less financial aid than “charges due,” you will need to pay the difference before the tuition deadline.
