The Nonprofit Management minor prepares students to lead with impact in mission-driven organizations. Through interdisciplinary coursework and applied learning, the program develops the knowledge, skills and ethical foundation needed to navigate the complexities of the nonprofit sector. Emphasizing collaboration, equity and community engagement, the minor supports students from a range of majors who are interested in strengthening communities and pursuing careers in public service or nonprofit leadership.

The Nonprofit Management minor prepares students to lead and support mission-driven organizations through focused study in nonprofit leadership, operations, and accountability. Students gain a broad understanding of how nonprofit organizations function within diverse communities, as well as the tools and mindset to drive meaningful change.
By completing this program, students will:
