About the Title IX Office

Cal State Monterey Bay is a place where everyone should feel welcome and safe. The Title IX/Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation (DHR) Office supports these values by ensuring we comply with federal regulations.

We collaborate with campus partners to provide education and training related to understanding, preventing and reporting sexual misconduct and discrimination.

If and when the need arises, we address complaints of misconduct promptly and with care and respect — offering guidance and support services along the way.
