Care Coordination

OtterCare offers each enrolled students Non-Clinical Care Coordination and Case Management. In other words, we are here to support all of your needs that your doctor or therapist cannot! Whether it be Academic support, Mental Health and General Well-being, Physical, Financial, or Food Security - OtterCare is here to support you. 

To make an appointment with a Care Coordinator head to your CSUMB Dashboard and choose "OtterNavigate". From there, you can choose to schedule an appointment with OtterCare for a variety of reasons. Please choose the option that best fits your needs. A Care Coordinator will reach out to you within 24-48 business hours (Monday - Friday 9:00a.m. - 5:00p.m.
