Test Center Details:

The CSUMB Test Center administers classroom exams on behalf of CSUMB instructors for students who have approved testing accommodations through the Student Disability and Accessibility Center (SDAC). If you are not yet affiliated with SDAC, please review the information here and apply for services: Student Disability and Accessibility Center.

Monday-Thursday 9:00 AM - 6:45 PM
Friday 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Closed weekends, all campus-observed holidays, and academic breaks

Test Center Information for Students and Faculty

Student Information

To take an exam at the Test Center first, you'll need to ensure you have applied your testing accommodations to your classes. Next, submit a scheduling request through SDAC's Accommodation Information Management (AIM) system.

Requests must be submitted at least one week in advance. If the available testing times do not work with your schedule, please email the Test Center to request a different time.

Final exam requests must be made by the following dates:

Spring Semester - May 1st.
Fall Semester - December 1st

Instructor Information

As of Spring 2026, the Test Center has migrated to the AIM system for exam administration.

Instructors, please complete the Exam Instruction Template for all exams in your course as soon as possible. Students cannot have confirmed testing appointments without your information to confirm the testing dates. Please refer to the resources below for assistance using AIM's Instructor Testing Portal:
