Strategic Initiatives
President Vanya Quiñones has outlined seven opportunities for California State Monterey Bay as it comes to a pivotal moment in its history. Informed by conversations with students, faculty, staff and community members, priorities focus on increasing enrollment and access to higher education; enhancing student experience while supporting emerging industries in the region; and fostering partnerships with the local community.
The seven opportunities are posted online with a timeline for the implementation of key actions along with metrics.
