East Campus gas pipeline replacement underway

Pacific Gas and Electric has begun modernizing the natural gas pipelines in East Campus to enhance safety and reliability. The work will continue through May 2024. The project will impact Schoonover Drive from Abrams Drive to Bundage Court. Each court will receive notification before its portion of the work begins. 

No interruption to in-home gas service is anticipated. Weather and other factors that affect safe working conditions may change the schedule.
