Enterprise Applications Services (EAS)
The Enterprise Application Services department provides operational and project management support for systems that sustain critical campus services. The department includes the following sub-groups: Enterprise Applications, Digital Transformation, Data Warehouse & Integration Services, and Strategic Initiatives & Portfolio Management.
Services We Support
Enterprise Applications
- Maintaining, upgrading and enhancing or customizing systems/applications.
- Web content management (i.e., Terminalfour).
- Client relationship management (i.e., Salesforce).
- Support of the physical security software system (i.e., Genetec), including door controllers, card readers and burglar alarms. The system also provides video surveillance, ID card printing, etc.
- Database administration of systems, including PeopleSoft, OnBase, Data Warehouse, etc.

Project Management
- Project management support including new or replacement systems and integrations.
- Administration of our current campus project management and service ticketing system (TeamDynamix).
- User experience (UX) research, studies and analyst support services with a mind towards planning and working with advisory groups on product roadmaps.

- Production issues and updates related to data systems related to students, employees and finance.
- Security issues and requests for student information systems.
- Campus security support, which includes door controllers and card readers, security cameras, building access and lockdown schedules.
- Application database issues, upgrades, etc.
- Coordination/oversight of vendor-related point of sale issues (i.e,. CBORD).
- Projects: new, replacement, and enhancements to current products, including reviewing, organizing, planning and rolling out to operations.
- User management, training and support for applications.
