Technology Services & Operations
Technology Services & Operations (TSO) is the customer-facing technical support for Cal State Monterey Bay. They provide hardware and software support, maintain a physical help desk, and answer the campus technology support telephone line.
Services we support:
- Customer service via multiple points of customer-facing technical support for the Division of Information Technology
- Maintenance and support for all desktops, laptops, audio/visual equipment, and lab computers owned by the campus
- Troubleshooting a wide range of software and hardware issues
- Service ticket review, assignments, and updates
- Walk-up technology help desk in the library

- Google Workspace administration and troubleshooting
- Hardware and software support, maintenance and troubleshooting
