Operations Support and Innovation

The Operations Support and Innovation (OSI) team provides access and support for a variety of systems used across CSUMB. The team also works to improve business processes, deliver quality information, empower system users to access the information they need to do their jobs more efficiently, and provide staff with opportunities for development.

The systems we support include

• Common Financial Systems (CFS)
• Finance Data Warehouse (FDW)
• CMS Employee Resources (soon to be CHRS)
• Transact (eCommerce)
• Student Financial Systems 
• Concur Travel & Expense
• System interfaces between those systems

Access Requests

To request access to CFS, Finance Data Warehouse, or CMS Employee Resources, please complete the appropriate Data Access Request (DAR) form, which you can find in the Employee Dashboard.

Note: OSI does not provide access to student information systems such as OASIS or Onbase.
