The Finance Office and it's departments hold training sessions and forums on various topics including Accounting, Business Operations Forums (BOF) and end of fiscal year trainings for Stateside year end procedures.

Business Operations Forums (BOF)

These forums are great opportunities for users and providers of Finance & University Personal business services, University and Corporation, to gather in person to discuss new changes and share ideas regarding operational business practices impacting the University

Fiscal Year End

As Cal State Monterey Bay closes the fiscal year, departments should submit invoices, receipts, travel and procurement requests, and correct/approve budget and payroll transactions by published deadlines. Timely cleanup helps ensure accurate reporting, payments, and a smooth year-end close.
