IBC Application Process
The IBC application process includes the following general steps.
- Review the activities that might need IBC attention.
- Review the IBC Charter to better understand the roles and responsibilities of the committee and Principal Investigator. Also review the Charter for detailed application procedures and potential review outcomes.
- Complete IBC training.
- Download, complete and submit the Biological Use Application (BUA) form.
- If your research protocols described in the BUA are approved, comply with the post approval reporting requirements described in the Charter.
