The Career Development Office is your partner in providing career development information to your students. Because of your direct contact with students, you are in a primary position to refer and encourage students to utilize the many services we provide.

We are available to present workshops in-class. Our interactive presentations are about an hour long. Please submit your request at least 2 weeks before the intended date.

Please email career_development@csumb.edu to submit a presentation request. Please include a proposed date, time and topic and a team member will reach out to you.

FAQs

Where do I find the Student Employment Action Form (SEAF) to hire a student assistant?

The form is available on the student employees page.

My student assistant does not have access to their time sheet in CMS. Why?

To ensure that a student has access to their time sheet, the new employee hire packet and SEAF must be submitted in a timely manner to the appropriate departments. Any delay on submission and/or approval of said documentation may cause a student delay in having access to their time sheet and being paid.

Career Fairs

Our fairs are open to on-campus recruiters. You can view our upcoming fairs and register on our Upcoming Events page.
