Effective July 1, 2025, there are only three types of spaces on campus:
Academic Spaces  
Booked through 25Live 
Processed by Academic Scheduling. 
No food or catering allowed in Academic Spaces.
If food is part of your event, you must book an event space adjacent to the academic space. 
Academic spaces must be used as is. No special setups permitted. 
Conference Rooms 
Booked through individual points of contacts. 
May be able to offer a potluck in the space. Check with Risk. 
Catering permitted in Conference Rooms

Event Spaces and Parking Lots
Booked through 25Live 
Processed by UACE
Food and catering allowed in event spaces. 
No potlucks in event spaces. 
Special setups permitted. 
Event professionals assigned to assist with events approved in the space. 

 

Our event professionals have the knowledge, experience, and practical know-how to produce high-quality, professional events on-campus and off-campus. 

UACE event professionals are assigned by facility, college and division. Review our Event Professionals Relationship Matrix to find the event professional assigned to you and your area.

Ready to start planning? Simply fill out our Community Event Logistics Form (C-ELF), and our event planners will be in touch. If you're a campus member, please log in and submit through 25Live. For in-person inquiries, please call (831) 582-4001 to schedule a guided tour.
